The 1460 8-eye boot is the Original Dr. Martens boot, born 1st April 1960 — and named after the date. The silhouette is known for its signature yellow welt stitching, grooved air-cushioned sole, and signed heel loop. This reworked version of the boot is made using Genix Nappa, a re-engineered material made from reclaimed leather offcuts. The side of the boot is embroidered with an updated version of our Vonda floral pattern, with purple flowers instead of the classic red or black.
